Industry Learning & Development + Speaking Engagements

Whether it's an intimate workshop or international industry event, my speaking & education experience ranges from groups of 14 to 14,000. Clients range from organizations such as ILEA, NACE, and HSMAI, as well as trainng professinals from global brands such as Hyatt, Sheraton, and Ritz Carlton to a luxury historic ranch resort and the only 4 star luxury inn in wine country. One of my favorite gems in my portolio was addressing a General Manager's Retreat for Crowne Plaza, where we discussed the latest trends and recommended budget allocations for their event coodinator and sales teams.

From the hottest topics to stirring the pot on the "elephant in the room", I inspire attendees to get engaged and involved in the thought-process and in most cases, prepare custom research and data personalized exclusively for the audience to whom I am addressing. My signature "little black box" with a gift for attendees always contains a message that continues the theme, delights guests, and is part of all major speaking and education events.

Below are some highlights of my speaking and training engagements, workshops, and educational events bringing people together to unite, think, and move forward in fresh ways.

Highlights

Project/Event:  Featured Speaker at the 2024 National Conference for The Association of Club Catering & Event Professionals | Lake Tahoe, CA

Speaking Topic: "Unlocking Enchantment: Daily Disney Culture Insights & Practices for Transformational Moments of Wow" (photos and video coming soon)

Inspired by my coursework with The Disney Institute, my experience as a Disneyland Resort cast member, and years as a CEO/Principal Event Planner for a leading event business, I created a one-of-a-kind experience where attendees got to be honorary Disney "cast members" for a day. They immersed themselves in the magic, learning how Disney’s legendary practices could elevate their roles as private club event directors and leaders. The day was filled with joyful participation, and everyone left with a renewed sense of inspiration to bring a little Disney magic back to their own work.
